RCC's Feminists Unite

We are a club that is active on and off-campus at Riverside Community College in Riverside, CA.
The purpose of this organization shall be to promote equality by raising awareness, encouraging mentor relationships, providing education and referral services, and creating a safe environment within which people may realize their potential for empowerment. We are a collective group so anyone may participate and throw out ideas!

Please come out and support the The Vagina Monologues! Feel free to invite all of your friends and family to come along as well. We will have V-DAY shirts, vagina lollipops, buttons and pictures with Loosey the Vagina for sale as well.The Vagina Monologues Performances are March 23, 24, 30, and 31 at 7pm in the Riverside City Campus Digital Libary auditorium (DL121). Tickets on sale at the door: $15 general admission; $10 students w/ID from any school.All proceeds go to the Riverside Rape Crisis Center. http://rarcc.org/The show will be translated in ASL. Recommended for Mature Audiences. Please no children.V-Day is a global activist movement to end violence against women and girls. V-Day is a catalyst that promotes creative events to increase awareness, raise money, and revitalize the spirit of existing anti-violence organizations. V-Day generates broader attention for the fight to stop violence against women and girls, including rape, battery, incest, female genital mutilation (FGM), and sex slavery.
